– HOW IT ALL WORKS… FAQ’s –
HOW DO I SECURE A DATE?
To secure a date you need to pay a 50% deposit for Grazing Tables, or pay in full for Boxes or Platters. We do not hold dates without payment so if there is a specific date you want then please do get in quick to avoid disappointment.
DO I HAVE TO PAY A DEPOSIT?
Grazing Tables: We require a 50% deposit to secure your booking with the remaining 50% to be paid 14 days prior to the event date.
Grazing Platters & Boxes: Full payment must be made at the time of placing your order.
A ‘hire’ deposit is also taken for the safeguard of our hire equipment. If any hire equipment is lost/stolen or damaged beyond reasonable use again, then the cost of replacing this item(s) will be taken from this hire deposit. Any remaining funds will be returned the day after collection of hire equipment.
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
Grazing Tables: If your order is cancelled more than three months prior to the date of the event then your deposit will be returned. We do not refund deposits for cancellations within three months, but do offer date changes if there is significant notice and we have the availability.
Grazing Platters & Boxes: Due to the nature of this service, regrettably we cannot offer refunds. Date changes will be considered with a minimum of two weeks notice and availability.
CAN YOU CATER FOR OTHER DIETARY REQUIREMENTS / ALLERGENS?
Please make us aware of any dietary requirements well in advance and we will do our best to accommodate this. Allergen information will be provided, but please contact us in advance for advice on the allergen.
WHAT ARE YOUR MENU OPTIONS?
You will find our menus on the Grazing Table, Grazing Platters and Grazing Boxes pages. However, because we offer a bespoke service we can tailor make your graze to suit you.
Please be aware, prices may vary depending on your requests.
HOW LONG WILL MY FOOD STAY FRESH?
All food is kept in cool boxes during transportation to your venue.
To ensure your graze stays as fresh as possible please choose a cool spot, away from direct sunlight or heat. Food can be kept out for a maximum of 4 hours, after this time perishable items must be disposed of
DO YOU CHARGE FOR DELIVERY & HOW FAR WILL YOU TRAVEL?
Grazing Platters & Boxes: these can either be collected from our HO in Cirencester, or we can deliver and a delivery charge will apply.
Grazing Tables: We look at every booking on an individual basis and calculate delivery charge accordingly. If our table-scape equipment is hired, and we have to collect this after the event or the following day, then an Equipment Collection Fee will be applied.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SET UP A GRAZING TABLE AND WHAT ARE THE LOGISTICS?
Onsite parking is required in order to unload. If there is limited parking onsite, please make me aware at the time of booking so alternative arrangements can be made. The time to set up your graze will depend on equipment booked and size of graze, but it can take anywhere between 1-3hrs.
DO YOU PROVIDE TABLES?
No I’m afraid we don’t, you will need to provide a suitable table at the venue.
DO YOU PROVIDE PLATES, CUTLERY & NAPKINS?
We do not supply this as standard, but birchwood cutlery, bamboo plates and napkins can be booked at an extra cost.
WHAT HAPPENS TO ANY FOOD WHICH IS LEFT OVER (IF ANY!)?
We are not responsible for the removal and disposal of food waste after the event. You or personnel at the venue will need to dispose of all food.
Gift vouchers will be valid for 6 months from date of purchase and cannot be exchanged for cash.

We are located in Cirencester and boxes & platters can be either be collected from our head office or there is a standard delivery charge of £3.50 in the GL7 postcode area. Other areas are covered, price and availability on enquiry
